Misty is always the absolute best when we come in! She’s always keeping us up to date with specials, things to try, and upcoming menu changes. By far our favorite bartender here and the reason we come back!

Great location close to the Hogback\! The food is always delicious. I definitely recommend the Bottle Rockets and the Cap’n Crunch Chicken\. They also brew their own beer and clearly take a lot of pride in what they serve\. The staff is always very friendly and genuinely goes out of their way to make sure you have a great visit\. Definitely a great spot for good food, locally brewed beer, and welcoming service\!

This place is great. The staff and atmosphere is second to none. Jake and Misty behind the bar are attentive and friendly. Bring your family, friends or even your coworkers for a company event.

Jake, John, and Misty are the literal best people on the planet. Love this place. Beer is awesome, food is solid, but the people really make all the difference. If I could leave 10 stars I would.

We stopped in to get our Hop Passport stamped and enjoy a couple of beers. The homemade pretzel was amazing!

Lariat is the best, from there beers to there burgers. Their grilled cheese smacked. And the view is insane. Plus the owners are really nice. Definitely a needed stop in evergreen.

This place was great. The staff were great and the Dbl IPA and Grog were pretty tasty. In the area for training and was a stop at the end of my days.

Solid place pumping out a nice collection of their own brewed beers and tasty American pub fare.

We were staying in Evergreen for a few days for a concert at Red rocks. We stopped by Lariat lodge brewing company and had Ty as our server. He was very personable, attentive and helped us pick out drinks and gave us great food suggestions. We were so impressed that we changed our plans the next day so that we could go again. We had Ty again and were impressed that he remembered us and even our drink order from the previous day! The food and drinks are amazing and Ty was one of the best servers we have ever had!

Anders and Debbie have created such a unique and welcoming mountain restaurant—one that feels personal, comfortable, and genuinely connected to the Evergreen community. The service is phenomenal every single time. The servers are friendly, attentive, and enjoyable to talk with, making you feel like a welcomed guest instead of just another customer. That personal touch is becoming hard to find, and it makes Lariat Lodge stand out. The food is absolutely incredible, and we highly recommend everything on the menu! We especially love that all of their fryers use 100% beef tallow instead of processed seed oils. That commitment to better ingredients, locally sourced products, house-made food, and excellent flavor makes such a difference. Whether you are searching for the best restaurant in Evergreen, a locally owned brewery, amazing burgers and fries cooked in beef tallow, great craft beer, or a family-friendly place with outstanding service, Lariat Lodge is the place to go. It is truly a gem of Evergreen and a restaurant our community should be proud to support. We cannot recommend it highly enough!

My wife and I were there for lunch recently. Food and service were excellent! It’s also so nice to see that they keep the property free of litter. Great neighbors!
