Entrees
Hand cranked Jagerwurst (smoked pork sausage), Weisswurst (roasted pork and veal sausage), and Bratwurst. Served with Gus’s Perfect Pretzel, beer cheese, beer mustard, and roktohl (braised red cabbabe).
Slow roasted half chicken topped with pan jus. Served with mashed potatoes and roktohl (braised red cabbage).
