5.7% ABV; We took our Shadow Mountain Stout and boosted it with Raspberries and Cocoa Husks! We got together with our friends at Blue Spruce Chocolates just down the road in Kittredge to make this dark and lovely delight! We took our Shadow Mountain Stout and boosted it with Raspberries and fresh roasted Cacao Husks! Cocoa husks are a byproduct of the chocolate making process. We steeped them in the beer to give this brew a wonderful chocolaty aroma and finish!

5.3% ABV; Kolsch is the German ale maker’s response to the popularity of lagers way back when lagers first came on the scene!

Kolsch uses a hybrid Yeast that gives the beer a combination of both lager and ale-like flavors.

Kolsch is a light, crisp golden ale that is made to taste similar to a lager. 

6.8% abv; Our second version of a new age West Coast Style IPA. A clear and crisp malt bill to help the hops shine. This version has aromas of cannabis and berry. The flavor starts with a pleasant bitterness and light pine, and berry flavors. With a fruity finish.

4.6% ABV; A mildly sour ale made with Blueberries and cinnamon.

14.0% ABV; Aged for two years a years in Woody Creek Bourbon Barrels. Strong chocolate coffee and vanilla notes boosted with heavy bourbon flavors. A beer to keep you warm this holiday season.  Served in a 13 ounce goblet.

First brewed in the 1700’s in England for export to the Russian court, this style of ale was the original “imperial” beer. Our version of Imperial Stout has an aroma marked by a touch of coffee and dark chocolate imparted by roasted barley and chocolate malt. Oats and flaked barley contribute smoothness to the full body, while dark crystal malt provides an underlying sweetness that counterbalances the roasted character and high alcohol content of this strong stout. 

Legend has it that Catherine the Great was a big fan of Imperial Stouts.

7.5% ABV; Aromas of bright sweet melon and pear.  Flavors of melon, pear, and hard candy with a smooth soft mouthfeel. The hazy appearance is provided by wheat, oats, and yeast in suspension. All of the fruity flavors come from the hops! No fruit was harmed while making this beer!

5.1% ABV; A Kottbusser is a Northern German Style of beer that was outlawed by the German Beer Purity law (Reinheitsgebot) and lost to history. We started with this traditional wheat and oat beer and twisted  it a bit. By adding Strawberry and Cinnamon honey and molasses. It turned out drinkable and  sweet. With Sweet molasses and strawberry up front and a crisp cinnamon finish.

7% ABV; Hefeweizen (pronounced HEF-a-VY-zen) is a South German-style wheat beer, famous for its silky character, crisp finish and hazy appearance. The Bavarian yeast used in this refreshing classic style gives notes of Banana and Cloves. Prost! 

Amber Marzen-style Lager

5.4% ABV; Finely balanced malt sweetness, hop bitterness, and hop flavor. Lodgetoberfest is our take on the traditional Festbier amber lagers brought out every year in Germany at Oktoberfest! Prost!

Kettle Sour W/ Prickly Pear

5.5% ABV; Kettle Sour is a style of beer that is soured in the kettle with Lactobacillus (just like in yogurt) over the period of a couple days. Then the beer goes through a normal yeast fermentation. For this version we added Prickly Pear to accompany the tartness of the beer and make it juicy. Taste profile: lightly tart, juicy, easy drinking
