John “Jock” Spence was the craftsman responsible for constructing many of the historic structures in Evergreen, including the building that houses the original Lariat Lodge. Rich, full-bodied, strong, and smooth, our Scottish Ale is solidly built.

Scottish Ales are traditionally very malty and on the sweet side, with low to zero hop character (very low bitterness, no hop aroma to speak of). Deep red brown.
